“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” (Psalm 46:10).
“Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:10) Father, we intercede on behalf of every brother and sister undergoing persecution for the sake of righteousness. We also pray for those who may experience persecution if they make a choice to leave Islam and follow You. Bless them with greater intimacy with You and give them perseverance in suffering.
PRAY THE BOOK OF ACTS
“Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah” (Acts 5:42). May believers in Bosnia saturate the country with the truth that Jesus is the Christ — loaded with all the richness of that title from Scripture. May every home have an opportunity to hear this truth.
PRAY THE HALL OF FAITH
“And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6) Lord, please cause multitudes of Bosniaks to seek You and experience the greatest reward — Yourself! Would their earnest seeking this Ramadan be blessed with knowledge of you!
Lord, we pray for T. and A., a young couple who are asking questions about you. Thank you that they accepted the gift of a Bible, may they read it and seek deeper understanding of you!
