PRAISE
“God reigns over the nations; God sits on his holy throne.” (Psalm 47:8)
KINGDOM COME
“For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:20) Many think that Christians have an easier ’religion’ because of misunderstanding the Gospel of grace through Christ Jesus. We pray that during this season of Ramadan, Bosniaks will recognize that it’s not their religious works but their righteousness through Christ’s sacrifice that saves.
PRAY THE BOOK OF ACTS
“And the word of God continued to increase, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests became obedient to the faith.” (Acts 6:7) Through prayer, ministry of the Word, service, care for the widows, and faith, multiply the number of disciples in Bosnia, Lord.
PRAY THE HALL OF FAITH
“By faith Noah, being warned by God concerning events as yet unseen, in reverent fear constructed an ark for the saving of his household…” (Hebrews 11:7a) We pray for many heads of household, who like Noah, would take outrageous risks for the sake of saving their families.
PRAYER
Jesus, we ask that you would help to re-write the story many Bosniaks believe that their own good works must outweigh their sins in order to be acceptable in your sight. May they see the gift of Christ’s sacrifice not as an “easier path” but as the only path.
